Anti-BTAF1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human BTAF1 immunogen and affinity-purified to detect endogenous levels of total BTAF1 protein, also known by the synonyms MOT1, TAF-172, TAF(II)170, TAF172, TAFII170, and TBP-associated factor 172. Supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and has been tested for reactivity with human and rat samples, making it a versatile tool for studies of chromatin remodeling, TBP-associated transcription factor complexes, and ATP-dependent helicase function. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent integrity.
