Anti-BTAF1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BTAF1 and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.

The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length human BTAF1 and detects endogenous levels of the BTAF1 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The BTAF1 target is observed at molecular weights of approximately 170 kDa and 206 kDa.
