Anti-BTAF1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against BTAF1 (B-TFIID TATA-box binding protein associated factor 1). It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 250 kDa, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1600–1849 of human BTAF1 (NP_003963.1).

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), the antibody is recommended for use at WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, IP 1:20–1:50 and ChIP 1:20–1:100. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human and rat samples, supported by three scientific validation images. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is provided unconjugated, allowing it to be paired with a secondary detection reagent of choice.
