Anti-BST2 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets human BST2 (Bone Marrow Stromal Cell Antigen 2), also known as Tetherin and CD317. BST2 is a type-I interferon-induced transmembrane protein that restricts the release of enveloped viruses by tethering budding virions to the plasma membrane of infected cells, and it is widely used as a marker of plasma-cell differentiation and innate antiviral restriction activity. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot, raised in rabbit and purified to IgG, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) detection of endogenous BST2 in human cell lines and primary cells.
