Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to BST2 supplied by Antibodies.com for use in western blotting. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of BST2 protein.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 124-169 of human BST2. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Reported molecular weights for the target are approximately 20 kDa and 36 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
