Anti-BST1 Antibody

Produced in Rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29–293 of human BST1 (NP_004325.2), and the target protein has a stated molecular weight of 30 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
