Anti-BSND Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against BSND. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and purified by affinity purification (S1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide (S1).

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples (C0, S1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 (S1), with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed among its applications (C0). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 54–320 of human BSND (NP_476517.1) (S1), and the protein target has a stated molecular weight of 35 kDa (S1).

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles (S1).
