Anti-BSG / EMMPRIN (Q370) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against BSG / EMMPRIN (Q370), supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at 1 mg/ml with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350-400 of human EMMPRIN [C0, S1].

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of EMMPRIN protein, with the target band observed at approximately 42 kDa [C0, S1].
