Anti-BSG / EMMPRIN Antibody

A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against the BSG (also known as EMMPRIN) protein. The polyclonal reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, in a 50 µl volume.

The antibody has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human and mouse samples. The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human EMMPRIN, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of BSG protein. Affinity purification against the epitope-specific immunogen by affinity chromatography yields a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
