Anti-BRP44L (I51) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BRP44L (I51) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 20-70 of human BRP44L and detects endogenous levels of BRP44L protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The BRP44L target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 12 kDa.
