Anti-Brn-3c Antibody

The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 263–308 of human Brn-3c, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Brn-3c protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
