Anti-BRK1 Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal antibody targets BRK1 (BRK1 subunit of the WAVE/SCAR complex), a small scaffold protein of roughly 75 amino acids that helps drive Arp2/3-mediated actin polymerization. Raised in rabbit hosts, this unconjugated reagent detects human and mouse BRK1 in western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and is intended for research use only.

Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum, the antibody is suited to probing endogenous BRK1 in cell lysates and fixed-tissue sections.
