Anti-BRIP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against BRIP1 (also referred to as BACH1/BRIP1). It is unconjugated and presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody has been affinity purified, with a reported target molecular weight of 145 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human BRIP1 (NP_114432.2). It is validated for Western blot (WB), with a manufacturer-recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. The manufacturer's datasheet reports reactivity with human samples, while the Antibodies.com listing additionally lists reactivity with mouse and rat. Concentration is described as lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
