Anti-BRI3B Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com as a research-grade reagent, this polyclonal antiserum is raised in rabbit against an internal region of the human BRI3B (BRI3-binding protein) sequence and is affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography to enrich for target-specific immunoglobulins. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated IgG formulation is provided in a 50 µL vial and is intended for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Validation data confirm reactivity with both human and mouse samples, with the antibody detecting endogenous levels of total BRI3B protein. For stability and reproducibility, vials are shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
