Anti-BRI3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal primary antibody directed against BRI3. The reagent is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB) applications, and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised in Rabbit and is of the IgG isotype. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human BRI3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of endogenous BRI3 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 14 kDa.
