Anti-BRE Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and targets the BRE protein (also known as BABAM2, BRCC45, or BRCA1-A complex subunit BRE), with the immunogen corresponding to a recombinant fragment spanning amino acids 51–239 of human BRE. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, antigen-affinity purified preparation in a 100 µl volume, formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline pH 7.0 containing 10% glycerol and 0.01% thimerosal as preservative. It is validated for Western blotting (recommended dilution around 1:1000, demonstrated on Raji whole-cell lysate), immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (e.g., Cal27 xenograft at 1:100), and immunofluorescence on paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa cells (at 1:200), with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
