Anti-BRD9 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody to BRD9, this unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for WB and IHC applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 274-597 of human BRD9 (NP_076413.3). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Lot-specific concentration and a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa are noted on the datasheet.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Three scientific validation images are referenced.
