Anti-BRD3 (F645) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the BRD3 protein and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 614-667 of human BRD3. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

BRD3 (F645) pAb detects endogenous levels of BRD3 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 80–100 kDa.
