Anti-BRD3 Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 150–305 of human BRD3 (NP_031397.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 115 kDa.

Recommended applications are Western blot at 1:500–1:1,000, immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100 and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
