Anti-BRCA2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BRCA2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 2800-3050 of BRCA2 (NP_000050.2) and is purified by antigen affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The reported molecular weight of the target is 380 kDa, and the formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
