Anti-BRCA1 (phospho S988) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets human BRCA1 phosphorylated at Ser988 (S988). It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and has been validated for immunofluorescence applications (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region surrounding S988 of human BRCA1 (NP_009225.1), with the peptide sequence IKSFV. The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific. The recommended starting dilution for ICC/IF is 1:50–1:200.
