Anti-BRAF (phospho S728) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BRAF phosphorylated at Ser728. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting on human samples and was generated using a synthetic phosphorylated peptide spanning the S728 region of human BRAF.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein migrates at approximately 86 kDa. For Western blot applications, a working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is recommended. Shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
