Anti-BRAF Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting BRAF, supplied by Antibodies.com for use in western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 153–313 of human B-Raf (NP_004324.2), and is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target has a reported molecular weight of 87 kDa, and the product is affinity purified. One scientific validation image is available.

Recommended western blot dilutions are 1:100–1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
