Anti-BPI Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the bactericidal permeability-increasing protein (BPI), also referenced as CAP 57. It is supplied in a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, affinity-purified using the immunogen and unconjugated, allowing researchers to choose their own detection chemistry. The immunogen is a recombinant human BPI protein, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype, consistent with its polyclonal profile in rabbit host. Validated applications include Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:2,000), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200) and immunofluorescence/ICC/IF (1:50–1:200), covering both fixed-tissue and immunoblot workflows.
