Anti-BPH Antibody [YBPH-2]

A Mouse monoclonal antibody targeting BPH, supplied by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised preparation. The antibody (clone YBPH-2) is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with Human samples. Specificity is directed against BPH and human prostate epithelial cells, and the antibody does not recognise a variety of human normal tissues. The immunogen was human benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue, and the epitope is designated Sp2/0-Ag14. The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is formulated as a lyophilised solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2.

Concentration is reconstitution-dependent; the product is reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
