Anti-BPH Antibody [YBPH-1]

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal (YBPH-1) antibody directed to BPH and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgM isotype and is supplied in lyophilised form, intended to be reconstituted with double distilled water, with the working concentration being reconstitution dependent.

Generated against human benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue, the antibody recognises BPH and human prostate epithelial cells and has been shown not to recognise a variety of human normal tissues. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is formulated lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The clone is associated with the Sp2/0-Ag14 background as listed in the manufacturer data.
