Anti-BPGM Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BPGM (bisphosphoglycerate mutase). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is provided in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa, and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-259 of human BPGM (NP_001715.1).
