Anti-BORG3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to BORG3, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blotting (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. It is provided as a liquid at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) without Mg2+ and Ca2+, supplemented with 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human BORG3, and detects endogenous levels of total BORG3 protein. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
