Rabbit polyclonal IgG from Antibodies.com raised against Brother of CDO (BOC), a single-pass type I transmembrane immunoglobulin/fibronectin type III repeat receptor (~121 kDa) that operates as a Sonic hedgehog binding partner in commissural axon guidance and promotes differentiation of myogenic precursor cells through cis complexes with CDON. The unconjugated reagent was generated against recombinant human BOC and is affinity-purified for routine Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial delivers 50 µl of liquid antiserum in a PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; for continuous use, store at -20°C and protect from light, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
