Anti-BOC Antibody

The BOC cell adhesion molecule, also called Boc homolog, is a cell-surface receptor within the Hedgehog signaling cascade that transduces Smoothened-independent cues following Sonic hedgehog ligand binding. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects the BOC target in human, mouse, and rat samples and supports two complementary readouts: Western blot detection on reduced lysates and immunohistochemical localization in formalin-fixed tissue sections.
