Anti-BNIP3L Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets BNIP3L (also referred to as BNIP3L/NIX). It is provided unconjugated as an IgG in liquid form, validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 95-180 of human BNIP3L (NP_004322.1). Reported molecular weights are 45 kDa and 70 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200.
