Anti-BNIP2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets BCL2/adenovirus E1B 19 kDa protein-interacting protein 2 (BNIP2), a cytoplasmic protein implicated in apoptosis regulation and cytoskeletal dynamics. Raised against a recombinant human BNIP2 immunogen and affinity-purified using the same antigen, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total BNIP2 in human and murine samples. It is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol to preserve activity during transit and storage.
