An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from antibodies.com is raised against BNIP2 and supplied unconjugated. It is listed for western blotting and immunofluorescence applications, and is validated to react with human and mouse samples. For western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 125–280 of human BNIP2 (NP_004321.2) and detects the target at an observed molecular weight of 45–55 kDa. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The product is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
