Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against BNIP-3, with an immunogen corresponding to amino acids 70-120 of human BNIP-3. The unconjugated antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of BNIP-3 protein.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Observed molecular weights are approximately 22, 30 and 60 kDa.
