Anti-BNIP-2 (E122) Antibody

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human BNIP-2. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of BNIP-2 protein, which has a molecular weight of ~ 36 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. 2 scientific validation images are included.
