Anti-BNIP-2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting BNIP-2, supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent was raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Immunisation used a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 269-314 of human BNIP-2, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of BNIP-2 protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, reaching a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa.
