Anti-BMPR2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against bone morphogenetic protein receptor type 2 (BMPR2), a transmembrane serine/threonine kinase receptor that transduces BMP signals via SMAD1/5/8 phosphorylation and whose loss-of-function mutations underlie heritable pulmonary arterial hypertension. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, formatted for direct use in Western blot workflows.
