Anti-BMPR2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets BMPR2 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody is reactive with human samples and has been raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 27–150 of human BMPR2 (NP_001195.2), followed by affinity purification. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
