Anti-BMPR1B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a recombinant human BMPR1B immunogen and affinity-purified using that same antigen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is offered in a 50 µL vial and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on samples from human, mouse, and rat origins, where it recognizes the endogenous total BMPR1B protein — also known as BMP type-1B receptor, ALK-6, or CDw293. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and, on receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
