Anti-BMPR1A Antibody

The polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com specifically detects Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor Type 1A (BMPR1A), a transmembrane serine/threonine kinase receptor in the TGF-β superfamily. BMPR1A triggers SMAD-dependent signaling cascades that regulate bone morphogenesis, chondrogenesis, stem cell differentiation, and tissue development, and germline loss-of-function mutations in the receptor are linked to juvenile polyposis syndrome and other hereditary gastrointestinal disorders.
