This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BMPR1A and is offered by Antibodies.com within their primary antibody range. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), recognising the target in human, mouse and rat samples.

Immunisation employed recombinant full-length human BMPR1A, and the resulting polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of BMPR1A protein. Purification was performed by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, with a predicted target molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
