Anti-BMP7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets BMP7 and is validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 70–251 of human BMP7 (NP_001710.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 49 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western Blot and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The antibody is supported by 4 scientific validation images.
