Anti-BMP2K Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BMP2K, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for Western blotting (WB). The antibody is produced in rabbit and validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human BMP2K and specifically detects endogenous levels of BMP2K protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with an isotype of IgG. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~129 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

BMP2K (BMP2 inducible kinase) is mapped to chromosome 4 and shows low tissue specificity, with predicted intracellular localisation to nuclear speckles.
