Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to BMP2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent raised in rabbit. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against recombinant full length Human BMP2 and detects endogenous levels of BMP2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the BMP2 target is approximately 44 kDa.
The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
