Anti-BMP15 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets BMP15 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The product has been affinity purified and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated by the manufacturer for Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 143-392 of human BMP15. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and recognises a target with a predicted molecular weight of 45 kDa and a reported molecular weight range of 45-50 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF and a starting concentration of 1 µg/ml for ELISA.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
