Anti-BMP-8A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Internal region of human BMP-8A and is intended for the selective detection of endogenous Bone morphogenetic protein 8A. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL, buffered in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is provided unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling workflows. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the antibody is validated for Western blotting as well as ELISA, with demonstrated cross-reactivity across human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human BMP-8A, and the antibody was affinity-chromatography purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen to ensure target specificity.
