Rabbit polyclonal antibody to BMP-7 (E173), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 140–190 of Human BMP-7. The manufacturer reports that this reagent detects endogenous levels of BMP-7 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein BMP-7 has a molecular weight of approximately 49 kDa.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
