Anti-BMP-3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Bone Morphogenetic Protein 3 (BMP-3), also known as BMP3A, BMP-3A, or Osteogenin. It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen consisting of a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human BMP-3, and it is intended to detect endogenous levels of the BMP-3 protein. Validation has been performed for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA applications, making it a versatile tool for expression and localization studies.
