The polyclonal antibody is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺ present. It was generated against a recombinant human BMI1 immunogen and detects endogenous levels of total BMI1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.
