Anti-BMI1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BMI1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid IgG preparation validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP).

The manufacturer states the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–300 of human Bmi1 (accession NP_005171.4) and was affinity purified. Reactivity is reported for Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with recommended working dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IP 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
